Job Summary

Tookitaki is seeking a hands-on Performance Marketing manager to to make a significant impact on the company's lead generation and revenue growth through performance marketing. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the performance marketing frameworks and tools, be highly analytical, and have a hands-on approach to managing multi-channel lead generation marketing efforts.


  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy to generate marketing qualified leads through inbound paid and non-paid campaigns.

  • Plan and execute effective inbound campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and digital advertising.

  • Monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and lead generation.

  • Analyze campaign data and make recommendations for improvement.

  • Stay up to date with the latest performance marketing trends and technologies.

  • Work with cross-functional teams, such as sales and product, to ensure that performance marketing efforts are aligned with overall business objectives.

Must Have Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong understanding of B2B lead generation.
  • Proven track record of executing effective inbound campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Experience working in Asia, MEA, and LATAM markets is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot, is a plus.
