Product Updates May 2026

Stronger Governance, Faster Investigations at Scale, and GoTracs Readiness

This month’s updates focus on three very practical outcomes: tighter control over who can change risk levels (and what’s visible), a smooth experience even when investigators work with very large transaction result sets, and continued readiness for GoTracs compliance needs.

CRS and Case Manager – global control for Risk Level Actions and Risk Change History

Admins can now centrally decide whether users should even see Risk Level Action buttons (e.g., Change/Accept Risk Level) and the Risk Change History widget in CRS and Case Manager, so clients who govern risk decisions via external workflows can enforce that policy cleanly in-product.

  • Added a Global Setting toggle to control visibility of:
    • Change Risk Level
    • Accept Risk Level
    • Risk Change History widget
  • UI layout automatically adjusts when these elements are hidden (no blank/empty panels).
  • Includes backend guardrails so disabling the feature isn’t just “UI hiding”.

Lazy-Loaded UI + Async “Download All” – large transaction search, filter and sort at scale

Investigators can now search, filter, and sort across very large transaction result sets without the UI slowing down, and can export the full matching dataset asynchronously from the same screen, without needing offline extracts or backend technical help.

  • UI remains responsive using server-side pagination / lazy loading for large datasets.
  • Search criteria and filters apply consistently across the entire dataset, not just what’s loaded on screen.
  • New Async “Download All matching records” option:
    • runs in the background
    • uses the same filters/sort as the UI at the time of trigger
  • Introduced Export/Download History with job status (Queued/In Progress/Completed/Failed) and in-app notification when ready.

GoTracs Compliance – template and workflow readiness

The product has been updated to be GoTracs compliant for CTR/STR reporting, enabling customers (and prospects) to demonstrate readiness for the revised PH reporting guidelines coming into effect in 2026, while retaining existing reporting workflows.

  • Supports GoTracs template configuration in addition to existing AARG capability.
  • Enables use of AARG + GoTracs in parallel to support client transition periods.
  • Retains key workflow controls: view/edit, audit logs, checker approval, report generation, whitelisting, and related configurations.
  • Ensures downloaded report output aligns to GoTracs requirements (as per the PRD scope).

Impact to Our Clients

  • Stronger governance: prevents accidental or non-compliant risk overrides inside the product when approvals must happen externally.
  • Less user confusion: teams don’t see buttons they’re not allowed to use in that client’s operating model.
  • Better audit posture: ensures risk override actions align with the bank’s approved workflow.

Impact to Our Clients

  • Faster investigations: users stay in the product flow even with large datasets.
  • Eliminates manual dependency on offline extracts or engineering support for large downloads.
  • More consistent evidence: exported data matches exactly what was queried in the UI.

Impact to Our Clients

  • Sales readiness: supports demos for new prospects asking specifically for GoTracs compliance.
  • Client migration planning: gives existing clients clarity on which version supports GoTracs so they can plan rollout.
  • Reduced compliance risk: helps avoid last-minute changes as the regulation deadline approaches.
