This is a functional role, where you would work as part of the presales team to engage clients and build relationships. The successful candidate will work with our Sales team, to develop and present business solutions and align our product offering with the core customer needs. You will be required to understand the current operations of the client and design deep dive sessions that help address customer needs. We are looking for passionate and dynamic individuals who are comfortable taking ownerships and driving customer engagement. This is a critical and high visibility role where you would be entrusted with important work. There is a lot of scope for cross functional learning. What is important is your ability to understand the industry, domain, and products deeply to become an SME.

What you will be doing

Tookitaki is looking for a passionate AML Specialist with a flair for sales, who will play a key role to qualify and close a deal. You will be required to leverage your expertise in compliance space and help sales teams provide the right solution to the client.


  • Research AML regulations and trends for various regions and accordingly align product positioning
  • Help define product positioning and messaging that resonates with customers regulatory and operational needs
  • Build understanding of the reporting requirements for various regions • Engage customers in deep dive and address their regulatory requirements
  • Work with Product teams to design effective workshops and pilots that is aligned with the operational requirements of the client
  • Understand customer needs and make custom presentations for deep
    dives and RFPs
  • Attend to customer requests for information on RFI (request for information) and RFP (request-for-proposal) completion
  • Understand customer needs and make sales presentations
  • Build custom sales collaterals across product modules as required for effective communication with the client
  • Support and provide product demos to clients
  • Support sales and marketing activities by presenting at and attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.

Must have requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in Anti-money laundering (AML), Sanctions and Anti- bribery and corruption (AB&C) domain
  • Strong experience in compliance operations, Fact-finding investigations and Process reviews
  • Prior IT product or services experience related to sales, presales, including proposal writing, RFI/RFP, giving demo and product sales preferred
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Analytical skills and the ability to recognize the demands on the side of the clients
  • Understanding of technical innovations and trends as well as their impact
    on solving customer business problems.
  • MBA from Tier 1 institutes (Major in Marketing preferred)
  • Possess strong problem solving and prioritization skills
  • Positive, go-getter attitude. Detailed oriented
  • Willingness to travel

Good-To-Have Skills

  • Good understanding of AI/ML based solutions
  • Experience with SaaS, PaaS, and/or digital products is a plus as well as experience in large transformation programs
  • Prior experience in product management or product marketing role
  • Experience in working in a growth stage start up under pressure
