Our ideal candidate is a motivated, self-driven go-getter professional who will wear multiple hats that allow achievement of three goals -

  1. Continuously improve the products that we offer to Clients
  2. Enable Pre-Sales, Business Development and Sales Professionals to win new Clients by providing support from Product Knowledge and expertise standpoint
  3. Support existing clients with product implementation and enhancements related engagements

The responsibilities of the Product Analyst include working closely with different departments within the company, analyzing product data to make product recommendations, interviewing customers to receive customer feedback, and compiling product data. You should be able to study products on the market to create a better product.

To be successful as a Product Analyst, you should be able to monitor product performance on the market to meet or exceed sales forecasts. A top-performing Product Analyst can ensure that product costs remain within company budgets.

Responsibilities

  • Identify industry trends and competitive advantages and deficiencies of our product offerings
  • Identify product enhancement opportunities and provide relevant information to drive product
    roadmap prioritization for those enhancements
  • Collaborate with Pre-sales to review and improve product presentations used for Client Sales/Demo pitches
  • Prepare and deliver personalized product presentations for each potential client engagement
  • Handle Client objections and in-depth Q&A pertaining to product capabilities (existing as well as future planned roadmap items)
  • Handle product-related Q&A from internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Sales to prepare for and support face-to-face onsite Client engagements (existing as well as potential new)
  • Support Sales with translations of product presentations, RFP responses, etc. into Mandarin as and when required
  • Plan and execute Client POCs and Pilots from time to time by collaborating with multiple internal teams

Role Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics or any related field.
  • A strong communicator in Business English and at least 1 local language in Brazil, fluent in presenting product demonstrations and handling objections effectively with Brazilian clients and ultimately cultivating strong client relationships.
  • The ability to work under pressure and adapt to change, highly driven to learn in a dynamic environment with complex product features.
  • Candidates from a financial regulatory background will have a strong advantage.
  • Previous software sales experience with a strong understanding and passion for software product capabilities.
  • Market and Competitor Research skills to identify industry trends and competitive advantages and deficiencies of our product offerings
  • A team player who collaborates with Pre-Sales, Sales and Product Implementation colleagues to support RFPs, Product Demos/ POCs, Product Presentations.
  • Extensive experience of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) is preferred
  • Proficient in making and delivering (software) product presentations and product demonstrations

Must Haves

  • High proficiency in English (proficiency in English is required for high level of engagement this role will have with internal Tookitaki teams) and at least 1 local language in Brazil (eg. Portuguese)
  • Heavy Sales Orientation with impeccable Client Communication Skills
  • Handling Product related Q&A and Client Objections (related to Product and Implementation)
  • Strong (software) product mindset
  • Asking right questions at the right time during client conversations and listening intently to identify Client’s pain points with below two objectives in mind:
    • Deepening understanding of Client’s context - People, Process and Product - and problems
      faced across all three
    • Based on the above understanding, then identifying high-value product enhancements that
      when paired with right people and process improvements will address Client’s pain points
  • AML background
  • Regulator Experience preferred

Good to Haves

  • Prior software product building - functional experience
  • Prior software product sales experience
  • Experience of working with the National Monetary Council (CMN), the Banco Central do Brasil (BCB), and the Securities Commission (CVM)
