Job Summary

We are looking for someone who can provide leadership, direction, and resource stewardship to the organization's sales function. As the organization’s senior sales leader, this role is accountable for overall sales organization performance in Asia and expanding market share in the select countries.
In addition, the candidate should be responsible for carrying an individual sales quota with focus in (i) banks across select countries in Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Philippines) (ii) act as sales leader for Taiwan and (iii) act as sales leaders for opportunistic deals from non-ICP countries in Asia, including but not limited to Hong Kong, Thailand, and Vietnam.


  • Minimum 15+ years of experience in selling critical software's to Banks and Fintech's in Asia.
  • Proven contacts/networks across C-suite of banks and Fintech's, Big4 risk advisory firms (E&Y, Deloitte, PwC, KMPG), multiple banking associations and Asian regulators.
  • Proven track record of growth across organizations with over-achieving sales targets year on year, especially in last 3 years.
  • S/he is currently managing or leading a sales team in Asia.
  • Must be able to read, write and speak Mandarin.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from start to finish.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of services and products.
  • Knowledge of how to develop client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions.
  • Understanding of how to position products against competitors.
  • Have sold AML or Fraud or Cybersecurity software's before.
  • Preferred MBA in Strategy, Finance.


  • A great operator who is disciplined, analytical and can build sales performance dashboard to measure and communicate to management on pipeline health and plan to achieve sales targets for month/quarter/year.
  • A great coach who can mentor sales members on pitch, proposals, negotiation tactics, cutting through organizational bureaucracy etc. If needed, s/he will roll up the sleeves and lead from the front.
  • Can independently source deals across banks in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Philippines.
  • Can work with partners or independently open up Taiwan market across banks and Fintech's.
